Custom Made Stainless Steel Flanges
At Midway Metals we have the ability to manufacture custom stainless steel flanges. Out of the ordinary is more than possible on our array of equipment.
The Specs
We can machine non-standard stainless steel flanges up to 300mm NB. Various standards are also possible depending on what the flange is being installed on. Standards available include Table D, E, F and H.
The Process
We use several machines to process our stainless steel flanges. We have two CNC lathes that manufacture the flanges from stainless steel discs. The discs have been cut using our plasma cutters.
Standard Sizes
Alternately we have also standard stainless steel flanges.
We offer forged flanges in 3 sorts:
- Slip on raised face,
- Weld neck raised face
- Blind raised face.
Plate flanges are also available in 2 sorts:
- Slip on weld
- Blind
We carry these in multiple sizes from 15mm to 600mm NB in forged flanges, and 15mm to 300mm in plate flanges.
